As Beykoz Nuts Kuruyemiş A.Ş (“Hazelnut Republic”) we submit the following points to your information in order to act in compliance with Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698 and the relevant regulation regarding the personal data we obtain from you under the title of data controller.

2. Processing Personal Data and the Purpose for Processing

Your personal data are collected by Hazelnut Republic for the following purposes:

• Correctly planning the commercial collaborations, management and communication activities and strategies of our company,

and they shall be processed restrictedly and within the framework of conditions and purposes of processing personal data stated in Article 5 and 6 of Protection of Personal Data Law. In addition, your personal data shall be transferred to physical archives and information systems and preserved in both digital and physical media.

3. The Parties to Whom Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred and the Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data collected through web page user preferences and browsing history, execution of distant sales contract, membership form and other forms are shared with lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, and other third parties offering us consultancy and services, and attorneys and representatives authorized by you due to the purposes explained above and reasons that require the transfer of data within the scope of regulations stated in Articles 8 and 9 of Personal Data Protection Law in order for us to carry out our business processes and legal obligations in compliance with our legitimate interests and enjoying our right of defense in any potential legal process; with regulative and supervising institutions, and other government agencies like courts and bailiff’s offices, and other public institutes authorized to demand your personal data; with our business partners and executive auxiliaries for improving our services, infrastructure and security processes; with our domestic/international cookie service providers for profiling and getting in touch with the relevant persons in compliance with their likes and preferences. Personal data transfers carried out within this framework are made through the secure medium and channels provided by the relevant third party. Transfers are made by using masked personal data in all cases where personal data transfer is not required depending on the content and scope of the service taken from third parties.
